The insurer also said that cyclists should consider protecting themselves against liability for damage or injury they may cause.
“As a cyclist, when you have NRMA Home Contents Insurance, and you’re involved in a collision that’s your fault, you can be covered for property damage or injuries caused to another person,” Mr Tubb said.

The NRMA Insurance CTP app is the first of its kind in Australia to help users cover off all their CTP needs. The app allows users to use their iPhone to renew, get a quote, buy CTP or pay for a renewal.

The introduction of this app gives consumers another mobile medium through which to organise their Compulsory Third Party Insurance.
Valuables Vault
Valuables Vault provides a helping hand in organising and managing beloved valuables. The app’s purpose is to provide a convenient and safe place for people to keep their asset information. Due to popular demand password-protection will be added to the app in early October.

It provides a search and comparison tool for vehicles tested and rated by the NRMA Car Insurance Research Centre or other independent organisations, helping consumers looking to buy a new car.
